The impedance bond is designed for conducting DC rated for 2500 A in the electric traction through each section of the main winding. The center winding lead is designed to amperage of 5000 A.
The impedance bond operates within the temperature range from - 50°C up to + 45°C and is produced in moderate climatic version U, category I per GOST 15150-69.
According to location conditions per allowable mechanical and climatic impacts the impedance bond falls into classification groups MC2 and K4 per OST 32.146.
Degree of ingress protection is IP54 per GOST 14254. In terms of personnel protection against electric shock the device is related to class 0 per GOST 12.2.007.0.
