Relay racks produced by JSC Termotron-Zavod are designed for holding different automatics and telemechanics’ instrumentation such as all possible types of relays, resistors, condensers, fuse elements, transformers, rectifi er units and other instruments.

Relay racks of types SRD, SRP, SRK enable to locate all automatics and telemechanics’ equipment either from both sides of the rack or from the one side with possible installation tight against the wall. It enables to increase number of installed instruments per active area unit and to keep simultaneously an access to the mounting sides of the instruments. At the same time ergonomics of the personnel workplace is improved.

According to the design the rack represents a support frame, on which both sides the swivel frames are hanged on. The swivel frames are designed for mounting receptacles of all types, plug-in relays or devices used of the similar standard sizes. Non-plug-in instruments with face installation can be mounted both on the swivel frames and on the fi xed panels hanged at the place of the swivel frames or at a special table (shelf) on the rack. The design enables to remove the wire harness and connection cables inside that creates favourable operating environment in a production space.

Relay racks are available of two standard sizes differing by height: SRD 1, SRP 1, SRK 1 — 2580 mm and SRD 2, SRP 2, SRK 2 — 2100 mm, with the same width of 665 mm. The difference between the fi rst and the second type racks is that one more swivel frame can be installed on the fi rst type rack.

Functionally the SR type racks are differed by the following features:
• two-sided rack (SRD 1, SRD 2) with location of plug-in equipment forsignaling, centralization and blocking at both sides of the rack. At each side of the two-sided rack can be arranged seven unifi ed mounting seats (UMS) which have the same mounting sizes. Either one swivel frame or one or two fi xed panels are understood as the UMS. The UMS type is selected by the design organization.
• Стwall rack (SRP 1, SRP 2) with location of pug-in equipment for signaling, centralization and blocking at one (face) side of the rack. Non-plug-in equipment for signaling, centralization and blocking to be face mounted can be installed on fi xed panels or suspended shelves inside the rack that makes the wall rack almost two-layered. The rack function is determined by its name - its design enables to install such racks tight to a wall. Wall racks can be also installed in one row with two-sided racks. 7 swivel frames for location of plug-in devices under conditions similar to the two-sided rack can be installed on the face side.
 • marshaling rack (SRK 1, SRK 2) is intended for connecting innermounting with a fl oor cable. As a rule swivel frames are not installed on it. The main function of the marshaling rack is to connect the intra-post mounting and the fl oor cable. As the wall rack the marshaling rack is installed directly to the wall and has two sides - external (face) and internal. DIN-rails with cross-connect terminals, boxes etc are installed on it.
