Manufacturability
The main advantages of our foundry production are its technological flexibility and the ability to manufacture any type of casting using a single technology and in a single flow. In recent years, a complete modernization of the foundry has been carried out. A modern, more environmentally friendly induction melting furnace "OTTO JUNKER GmbH" (Germany) with a capacity of up to two tons of cast iron per melting has been installed. The automatic molding and filling line "Sogemi" (Italy) with the use of a cold-hardening mixture has been introduced. A sand-drilling machine "AHB60H" (Germany) was also purchased for the cold method of manufacturing rods.
Quality control
The workshop has its own laboratory equipped with all the necessary equipment. Specialists check incoming materials, control the quality of molding mixtures, temperature and chemical composition of the melt, microstructure and mechanical properties of castings. The probability of defective finished products is minimized.
