Crossing barrier PASH-2
The PASH-2 crossing barrier is an integral part of a complex of devices for fencing railways at their intersections on the same level as automobile and, in some cases, urban transport communications and is designed to fence crossings.
The PASH-2 crossing barrier is an integral part of a complex of devices for guarding railways at the points of their intersection at the same level with automobile, and in some cases, urban transport communications, and is intended for guarding crossings.
The scope of application of the barrier is in the system of devices for guarding crossings at stations, sections, access roads of public railways and industrial railway transport.
The PASH-2 crossing barrier is fully interchangeable with the PASH-1 barrier, both in terms of connecting and installation dimensions and in terms of connection to APS schemes.
The main design differences from the PASH-1 crossing barrier:
1. Plastic solid bar: to ensure electrical insulation, lightning protection, and to exclude re-coating with paint and varnish materials.
2. Closed-type stand: to provide additional protection for the input cable from external unauthorized access and to improve ergonomics.
3. Bar position sensor (optional): to enhance safety and ensure constant monitoring of the barrier bar position in the barrier frame in the horizontal plane.
4. The counterweights are located on one side of the electric drive, and the electric drive cover is located on the back wall: to ensure safe access to the electric drive elements during maintenance operations in both the vertical and horizontal positions of the barrier beam.
5. The electric drive cover is made of polymer material: to improve the product's ergonomics and to enhance the protection of the electric drive from external environmental factors.
6. Hot-dip galvanizing coating
