The regional stage of the All-Russian championship movement in professional skills "Professionals-2024" started at the children's technopark "Quantorium" on Tuesday, March 26. For three days, students will compete in two junior competencies: laboratory chemical analysis and mobile application development.
LLC "Termotron-Zavod" is a partner of the regional stage. A delegation of the company headed by Deputy Director General for Security and Personnel Andrey Makarov visited the technopark. The children — both the students of the "Quantorium" and the participants of the championship movement — were told in an accessible and understandable form about what products the company produces and what kind of personnel it needs.
The concept of the All-Russian Championship movement in professional skills was developed in 2023 by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. The goal of the championship movement is to create conditions and a motivation system that contribute to increasing the importance and prestige of working professions, professional growth of young people by harmonizing best practices and professional skills through the organization and holding of Championships, as well as promoting operational and effective staffing of various sectors of the economy.
"The championships are a unique platform that unites contestants demonstrating their professional skills and representatives of enterprises broadcasting real requirements for qualified specialists," said Anton Abushenko, General Director of LLC "Termotron—Zavod".
