The plant held its first tour for schoolchildren this year
The first tour of the year for schoolchildren took place at Termotron-Zavod LLC on Tuesday, January 20. The tour season was opened by students from Gymnasium No. 4, which is located near the plant. However, the school and the plant are connected not only by their proximity. Many of Termotron's employees are former students of the gymnasium. During the tour, it was revealed that one of the students' father works as a mechanic at the plant.
"In a year, our guests will face a difficult life choice: whether to continue their studies at the gymnasium or to pursue a vocational education," says Anton Abushenko, General Director of Termotron-Zavod LLC. "We try to inform our students about the professions that are in demand in the labor market. For some of them, today's introduction to the production process may be a crucial step in their career planning. By the way, in 2025, about 900 children and teenagers and more than 300 adults visited our factory on a tour."
