Current issues were discussed at the meeting of the Council for Personnel Training of the Bryansk ASPP
The next meeting of the Council for Personnel Training of the Bryansk Association of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs was held on Tuesday, October 13. LLC “Termotron‑Zavod” was represented at the event by Andrey Makarov, Deputy General Director for Security and Personnel.
The Council brings together specialists responsible for the personnel policy of enterprises that are members of the ASPE. As part of its work, it analyzes the region’s personnel needs and addresses issues related to cooperation with universities, the development of mentoring, support for labour dynasties, and others.
At the Council meeting, targeted training was discussed as a mechanism for retaining young specialists at enterprises in the Bryansk region. The discussion also touched on the creation of an intelligent HR platform. In particular, the discussion raised issues related to the protection of personal data and integration with internal HR accounting systems.
