The company hosted a youth innovation lab called "Invent and Promote!"
The "Invent and Promote" Youth Innovation Laboratory was held at Termotron-Zavod LLC as part of the two-day "Expanding Opportunities" forum. The event focused on the development of scientific and technical creativity and brought together young inventors, business representatives, and members of the scientific community.
The laboratory was organized by the Bryansk Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Bryansk State Engineering and Technology University. Fifteen projects were presented to the expert panel, featuring both novice innovators and experienced entrepreneurs, as well as representatives from various organizations and businesses in the region.
"I was pleasantly surprised by the level of work done by the young inventors," said Anton Abushenko, General Director of Termotron-Zavod LLC. "I want to wish these passionate young people to continue learning and developing. Don't listen to those who don't believe in you or say that your interests are unpromising. If you are passionate about your idea and put your heart and soul into it, you will succeed!"
The event ended with a production tour for all visitors.
