Termotron-Zavod LLC has become the venue for the annual city Labor Protection Day. It is held on the premises of the enterprise, which has become the winner of the Labor Protection Contest. At the end of 2025, the plant was recognized as the winner in the nomination "For the best organization of labor protection work in production organizations with a workforce of more than 50 people."
The theme of the World Labor Protection Day, which is celebrated on April 28, this year is "A favorable psychosocial environment: a path to prosperity and a strong organization." Anton Abushenko, General Director of Termotron-Zavod LLC, shared his experience in this matter. He welcomed the audience and spoke about the use of personal protective equipment, the organization of workplaces, the acquisition of modern and safer processing centers, corporate culture, and employee health care.
Occupational safety and health specialists, representatives of the city administration, the Department of Social Policy and Employment of the Bryansk Region, the Federation of Trade Unions, and the State Labor Inspectorate took part in a tour of the production facilities.
At the end of the plenary session, Elena Kachur, Deputy Head of the Bryansk City Administration, presented certificates to the winners and prize-winners of the competition for the best occupational safety and health conditions.
