The pre-jubilee year

Festive celebrations dedicated to the company's birthday were held at Thermotron-Zavod LLC on Monday, July 1. On this day, the entrance hall of the plant was decorated with balloons in corporate colors, and employees were waiting for a number of pleasant surprises.

The celebrations began with the presentation of awards. The distinguished employees were honored in the assembly hall. The candidates of the awardees were nominated by the working groups. The first congratulations from colleagues were received by the Galitsky couple, who on the eve of the plant's birthday became a large family — last week twins were born in the family.

"In this pre-jubilee year, we decided not to arrange lavish celebrations and celebrate our holiday at home, inside our team," General Director Anton Abushenko said, speaking to the audience. — If the external environment allows us to have fun next year, we will definitely arrange a holiday and invite guests. 

Today is a holiday for the whole team. I always emphasize that no matter what modern equipment we purchase, without highly qualified specialists, it's just hardware from feature sets. Therefore, the main asset of the plant is people. Colleagues, I congratulate you on our common holiday. I would like to wish you and me common success and prosperity."

Anton Georgievich presented certificates to specialists who have made a great personal contribution to the development of the enterprise. Among them was Valentina Stritonovna Yachnaya, whose work experience at the plant is 57 years!

During the lunch break, the workers were able to treat themselves to a cake. A separate surprise has been prepared for the plant's peers. Personalized congratulations were received by those factory workers who have the number 59 in their car numbers and passes, as well as the families of the participants of the SVO.
