A large-scale renovation of the tool shop is being completed
LLC "Termotron-Zavod" is completing a large-scale renovation of the tool shop. It was carried out to expand the workshop's capabilities, increase the accuracy of manufactured parts, and as part of a program to improve production culture.
"The experimental section was included in the workshop," said the chief technologist of the enterprise. — Obsolete machines have also been replaced. There was also a unique equipment in the workshop, which we simply did not have before. For example, a centerless grinding machine and a Superdrel electric erosion machine.
The "superdrel" is capable of burning holes up to 300 mm deep with a thin tubular electrode, which cannot be obtained with another tool. The machine can handle hardened parts of any hardness.
As part of the renovation, a universal Planotec series 1632NC surface grinding machine was also purchased and launched. The equipment has high characteristics of accuracy, performance, stability, durability, ease of operation and requires minimal maintenance.
