The team of LLC "Termotron-Zavod" was recognized as the winner of the review competition for the best state of labor protection in 2024. The awarding ceremony took place within the framework of the City Labor Protection Day, which was held on the territory of the Bryansk Vodokanal.
The theme of the event is "The revolution in occupational health and safety: the role of artificial intelligence and digitalization in the workplace." Representatives of industrial enterprises, trade unions, heads of social institutions, and doctors gathered in the assembly hall of the City Water Utility. The agenda includes issues of digitalization of workplaces, the active introduction of electronic document management, the use of modern security tools and much more.
Participants of the Labor Protection Day visited the production facilities of the Bryansk City Vodokanal, where they saw the work of the enterprise from the inside. At the end of the plenary session, Elena Kachur, Deputy Head of the Bryansk City Administration, presented diplomas to the winners and prize-winners of the review competition for the best state of labor protection based on the results of last year.
