Children are a priority
Thermotron organized a party for the children and grandchildren of its employees

A whole week was dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Termotron-Zavod LLC. A rich festive program involved not only the employees of the enterprise, but also their families, as well as the veterans of the plant. Children's parties were held in two "stages" - the first ones were for children aged 3 to 7, and then the older children took over.
As is customary at a holiday, children not only had fun, but also received gifts - soft toys in the form of factory symbols. "For the anniversary, you brought to life an idea that had been in the air for a long time," says Anton Abushenko, General Director of Termotron-Zavod LLC. "We invited the children to imagine their own symbol for the company. It could be a fairy-tale character or an animal with its own personality and name. The children did a great job, and it was challenging for the jury to choose the winners. After much discussion, we decided that the factory would have a team of characters: the kitten Thermusya, the bear cub Termisha, and the robot Termotrosha."
The sketches of the contest winners were sent to the factory, where the children's ideas were turned into toys. As part of the anniversary week, all the artists and inventors were invited to the factory. "Thank you, young friends of Thermotron, for your activity. Be sure to participate in our other contests," said Anton Georgievich.
