The team of LLC "Termotron-Zavod" passed the "Factory of production processes"
A team of professionals from LLC "Termotron-Zavod" passed the "Factory of Production Processes" on the basis of the Regional Competence Center of the Bryansk region. The event was organized for enterprises participating in the Federal and National Labor Productivity Projects.
The teams learned how to apply lean production tools in practice. To do this, over the course of three work shifts, they assembled the parts, organizing the process in the most efficient way.
