Tenth graders of Bryansk Lyceum No. 1 visited the enterprise with a career guidance tour
LLC "Termotron-Zavod" continues a series of career guidance excursions for schoolchildren within the framework of the Ticket to the Future project. This is an early career guidance project for schoolchildren, supported by President Vladimir Putin.
The goal of the "Ticket to the Future" is to reach the maximum number of students, help them determine their own interests and inclinations, get acquainted with the professions of interest, choose the direction of professional and career growth and begin to develop the skills and abilities most important in their future profession.
On February 20, tenth graders of the city Lyceum No. 1 visited LLC "Termotron-Zavod". Introducing the children to the stages of the production cycle of products, the head of the personnel management service Marina Safarova paid special attention to the professions in demand in mechanical engineering: turners, adjusters, milling machines, operators of CNC machines. It is these specialists who are most in demand in the labor market. In addition, Marina Alekseevna said that the plant is happy to take students on an internship and invited guests to take advantage of this opportunity in the future.
