Eighth-graders of Bryansk gymnasium No. 5 went on a guided tour of the factory
Another career guidance tour for schoolchildren was held at LLC "Termotron-Zavod". This time, eighth graders from gymnasium No. 5 came to visit the factory workers. The aim of the students was to study the scope of application of the manufactured equipment and to get acquainted with the demanded working specialties.
"The more teenagers we can get interested in manufacturing, the more relaxed we will feel in 5-10 years when they return to us as young specialists," says Anton Abushenko, CEO of Thermotron—Zavod LLC. "Therefore, I am confident that our investments in career guidance will definitely pay off."
