The Chinese-made FINIST FLO-80S and FLO-80 turning centers have been launched in the mechanical workshop of LLC "Termotron-Zavod".
The new machines arrived at the plant at the end of 2024, and commissioning was completed in early February. In the future, turning centers should replace all existing TV-250 universal lathes at one of the sections of the machine shop. They are focused on processing small parts.
"The main advantages of our machining centers are prompt setup, high productivity and processing of products with any complex profile," says the chief technologist. "The machines are highly precise, equipped with a main spindle and a counterspin, and in addition to turning, they also perform milling of parts."
The equipment is also equipped with the latest CNC systems, which increases its productivity and operational efficiency.
