The track box is designed for keeping switching products (transformers, relays, resistors etc.) used in track circuit layouts as well as for termination of a feeder signal
cable and connection of instruments using jumpers to rails and their protection against precipitations.
As a result of upgrade aimed at improving particular characteristics and product quality the cable entry sealing has been improved. This requirement is met by updated machining of a pipe fl ange as well as by application of a sealing set which can be used with all standard sizes of cables available at JSC Russian Railways.
Use of this sealing set enables to ensure cable entry protection against water and dust ingress per IP64 per GOST 14254.
