Universal cable boxes UKM and UPM are designed for cable termination to one or two directions as well as for installation of portable equipment of track circuits.

Cable box UKM-12 is used for cable termination to one direction and cable box UPM-24 is used for cable termination to two directions.
Splitter cable boxes are designed for arrangement of branches from a group cable to traffi c lights, track boxes of track circuits, to electric switch mechanisms and other devices. Cable box RM4-28 is used for cable termination to four directions and cable box RM7-49 is used for cable termination to seven directions and cable box RM8 112 is used for cable termination to eight directions.
Cable terminal boxes and straight-through joints are designed for cable installation and connection of cable conductors to rails. Boxes are manufactured in UKhL climatic version of category 1 per GOST 15150-69 for outdoor service in regions of moderate and cold climate.
In accordance with location conditions per allowable mechanical impacts the cable boxes are classifi ed as classifi cation group MS3.
