To ensure high-speed running JSC Termotron-Zavod has developed electric switch mechanisms UVP.
Thanks to high reliability, improved control system, original inner closure mechanism these electric switch mechanisms ensure high-speed running up to 400 km/h on main railways.
The screw-type, nontrailable universal electric switch mechanism, UVP type with inner lock and gate stroke of 60-220 mm is designed for switching switch blades and movable switch diamonds of switches in the intermittent duty and can be used for operation with/without an external lock. The electric switch mechanism can be equipped with electric motors of other types ensuring required technical characteristics and control per approved designs.
At the present time the UVP type electric switch mechanisms are produced in the following designs: with gate stroke of 220 mm and rule stroke of 150 mm for switching blades; with gate stroke of 220 mm and rule stroke of 140 mm for switching movable switch diamonds; with gate stroke of 150 mm and rule stroke of 70 mm for switching blades; with gate stroke of 150 mm and rule stroke of 150 mm for switching movable switch diamonds. Production of other design of the UVP type electric switch mechanism is also possible with gate and rule stroke within limits specifi ed in technical characteristics.

External circuit breaker The external circuit breaker VZ-7 is used in switches for high-speed and high-speed traffic.
The external closure ensures a secure fit of the wit to the frame rail and retention at high speeds during the passage of high-speed and high-speed trains. The VZ-7 external circuit breaker can be used as part of various switches according to the project.
